Ménière Disease (MD) is a chronic disorder, mainly seen in patients of European and Asian descendence leading to endolymphatic hydrops in the inner ear. It is characterized by recurrent episodes of spontaneous vertigo lasting from minutes to up to one day, accompanied by a sense of fullness and tinnitus in the affected ear, and ipsilateral fluctuating sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) in the low or low and middle frequencies.
